Engaged in venture capital work at Japan Asia Investment Co Ltd and supported Japanese companies in their expansion into Asia. From 1999, he was stationed in Thailand and Indonesia and was also involved in venture capital and private equity investment in Singapore as head of the Southeast Asia Regional Office. In 2012, he established BA Partners Pte Ltd. where he provided investment advisory services to Asian and Japanese companies and joined NHC's business in the same year.
Since then, he has been engaged in sales support and value-up operations for invested companies. Graduated from Rikkyo University, Faculty of Law.
